Hands are tricky to shade, innit? XD

Thing with us humans is the natural oils we have all over our skin, so the light bounces off it in "fun" ( I barely graduated from "f**kin' annoyin'" ) ways. You could get little shadows from where the bones are beneath the back of your palm; same applies to the area between your fingers.

There's also a little hump at the outer part of your wrist, where the bone is - a little shadow can pick it out nicely.

That aside, really like the hand structure! There's proper bending, proportionate thickness, and you did a great job capturing that shadow under it ( the index is missing a couple wrinkles on the joint, though ).

This portfolio you're workin' on looks to be great. :D
